The character also was originally called as Staru.

Strato's first appearance is depicted as a White Kirby with no mouth and black eyes, a yellow star on the middle, a mini black tophat, and white feet.

He was created for no reason, aside then Oonly feeling bored.

Strato's origin was created in inspiration of TMK, a character from an analog horror series created by Maple Riot, and the character Kuamo, created by Slima11.The kid who owned the game travelled back home after school, and then, he finds the nightmare shppad Kirby creature with only 1 eye in the game, which ends up popping out of the game to scare him. This explains his form as the protagonist of the game. He somehow got intrigued by the game and decided to possess the form of it, taking control of everything that happens in the game. He has since gone by, exploring the planet, and after some time, he found a small little house, exploring there, Strato finds a Gameboy with a copy of Kirby's Dream Land, one of the 1st games to be release on said handheld.

He can take the form of anything that he witnesses, including people, objects, etc. Strato is a liquified entity that came out of a meteorite from space, and landed onto Earth, there's no confirmation of what he's made of. Note: the lore is set to be rewritten because of his redesign, the following contents may be outdated. However, he is described to be laid back while also having an ill tempered attitude. His gooey hands are shown touching the floor. His Gameboy Pixelization (supposedly an old design) is shown with the Kirby's Dream Land game style, replicating the original Kirby sprites. His hat seems to invert its eye color on the unknown animation but it also turns into static in the down pose.

TV Static can be seen throughout the currently unknown animation and Down pose, but there's no information regarding what it actually is. He has a black and white colored bowtie and a hat with an eye that seems to be sentient. Strato has a white spherical body with two stubby white arms and two black feet, his face is covered in a diamond-shaped void, with a void star close to it and both arms and feet seem to be covered in some sort of black goo. He is an Extraterrestrial Creature (by the specie Spherogons) that takes the form of Kirby appearing in Kirby's Dream Land, the first game of the Kirby series by HAL Laboratory.
